Focus of the Role (Full Production Cycle):
Content Development: High creative freedom to conceptualize skits, trends, visual storytelling, and POV content.
Video Production: On-site filming at our facility in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Professional Equipment: Must provide full professional equipment (Camera, Lighting, Audio) for high-quality shoots.
* Editing: Professional, high-quality video editing.
Deliverable: 15 High-Quality Videos per month.
📈 Growth Target & Compensation:
Growth KPI: Achieve aggressive growth of 5,000 to 10,000 new followers per month.
Experience Required: Proven experience creating high-conversion content and ability to make healthcare "fun" and "accessible."
